CCTV Solution To Neighbour Dispute

The Situation

Our client was a couple who had sadly experienced a dispute with a neighbour over boundaries.  Whilst our client had won their case, the neighbour had responded badly and vandalised the property.  During the day the wife was at home with a young baby, whilst the husband went to work.  She became very fearful of the actions of her neighbour during these hours of the day.

The Solution

We installed a CCTV system at the front and back of the property and used Day/Night bullet cameras to capture untoward activity irrespect of the time of day.  The recordings were stored on a Hard Disk Recorder.

The Results

With the CCTV cameras visible outside the house, our client's neighbour became aware of their presence and vandalism of the boundary between the two properties dropped.  Our client also felt more safe and secure at home and their quality of life began to improve.
