Automatic Gates Protect Young Family

The Situation

Our clients were a couple with two young children.  Their home had an 'in and out' drive that therefore had two access points in their boundary fencing.  Beyond the drive was a busy main road.  Our clients were concerned that their children could potentially run out onto the road and so wanted automatic gates which would prevent this.  They also wanted the gates to fit with the look and feel of their existing high quality fencing.

The Solution

We sourced and installed automatic gates that met the aesthetic as well as the protection requirements. These included:

• having automatic sensors which opened the main exit gate when the family car was leaving the house
• giving the couple security key fobs which they could press whilst driving up to their home, to automatically open the gates
• safety beams within the gates to prevent anyone getting trapped as they closed
• an intercom device from the gate to the house to enable the couple to restrict entry if needs be

The Results

Our clients were really pleased with the result. In time they decided to actually keep one of the gates locked and simply use the other for access to the property.  This
