Security Consultation For Property Development

The Situation

Our client was a property developer who was managing a major redevelopement of a large property for his client.  The development had effectively doubled the size of the property and increased the number of storeys.  It now needed a new security system that combined fire and intruder detection as well as personal attack (panic buttons) alert.

The Solution

Working with the consultant engineers and building contractors in the project, we assessed the proposed layout of the property and its weak spots.  We then drew up a specification to make the security measures and systems comply with the latest regulations.  This involved consulting and advising on the use of cabling in the build and giving guidance on the systems' installations.

The Results

Our client was able to integrate a fully functional, effective and security industry standards compliant system into the development of this property.
