Fire Risk Assessment Compliance For Pub Chain
Our client was a small pub chain whose recent fire risk assessment had insisted on certain changes to their fire detection systems. Each of their pubs had a unique layout and in some of there was living accommodation on the first floors of the premises. This meant there were additional regulations to comply with.
We assessed each premises and installed fire detection systems that fully met the fire assessment criteria. This included installing smoke detectors throughout the pubs and also heat detectors in the kitchens. The solution also had call points located in specific positions and a built in remote monitoring functionality that alerted the Fire Brigade in the case of a fire.
Our client was able to demonstrate that they complied with all the measures and criteria from their fire risk assessments and were very happy that their systems worked with the individual nuancs of each of their pubs.
