Many thanks for the very rapid response yesterday evening when we had a fault on our alarm system. Your engineer was with us in little more than an hour – and identified and solved the problem extremely quickly. Very impressive and excellent service. During the visit, my wife and I discussed the current system with him (it was installed in 1991!) and we feel it might be the right time to update it. Our current service package expires in early August, so it also would support the timing to make a change before then. As such I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with someone to see what could be possible.

The engineer who turned up yesterday morning had not realised that his job was not just to fit a new unit but also to get the Texcom app working as well as the link to our Control 4 system.
