Reactive Support
With a track record dating back to 1989 we understand the importance of ongoing support and ensuring it’s available when you are most likely to need it. Security systems are used most during the hours when we are sleeping, and for that reason our team of multi-disciplined security engineers are always on call no matter what time of day.
Planned Maintenance
As part of our ongoing support, we have different levels of planned preventative contracts that are available to suit your requirements and budgets.

Gold maintenance includes annual routine maintenance visits from our engineers together with access to our 24-hour emergency helpline and emergency response. Gold level cover includes all call outs, labour costs and replacement of defective parts*

Silver maintenance includes annual routine maintenance visits from our engineers together with access to our 24-hour emergency helpline and emergency response. Silver level cover includes all call outs and labour costs associated with faulty equipment.

Bronze maintenance includes annual routine maintenance visits from our engineers and access to our 24-hour emergency helpline with emergency response.
Please speak to a member of our team to discuss a tailored Service Level Agreement for your Security or Fire Alarm system. *(exceptions are stated in Clause 5.1 in our standard Terms and Conditions).
Regular servicing and inspections on all security and fire alarm installations are vital to ensure the system continues to operate and provide the protection that it was designed and installed to do.
During planned maintenance visits our engineers will also advise if the coverage is still adequate or whether additional devices are required due to building alterations or extensions.
Monitoring
Whenever you are away from your property you can be safe in the knowledge that your security system, fire alarm system, CCTV or external detection is being professional monitored by our chosen Alarm Receiving Centres (ARC’s).
All our ARC’s can provide a keyholder telephone call, notify the Police or Fire Brigade and even communicate directly with intruders at your property.
You may want the reassurance that your premises is being monitored when your systems are not set. Why not consider a Personal Attack Button (PAB) system with a Police response. PAB’s can be fixed to the wall or can be wireless and carried with you whilst walking around your property and grounds.
Remote Support
With our cloud connected systems, we can carry out routine maintenance and schedule performance checks without the need to disturb you at home.
We can alter system programming, set up and delete system users.
We connect remotely to your CCTV & Access Control server to alter programming, upgrade firmware, or administer device licenses.
