Introducing Tim Dean, head of our new Entrance Control Division

Tim’s exceptional experience has seen him work in the security industry since the age of 19, after qualifying in mechanical engineering at Chichester College.

His career has taken him across the globe, fitting security alarms in British embassies from Tokyo to the Ivory Coast. This diverse experience, coupled with 17 years at Vistec Systems, where he worked his way up to the role of technical manager, and his freelance consulting work, has prepared him well for his role at Absolute Security here in Godalming, Surrey!

Entrance Control Security Specialist

Tim’s vast experience in access control makes him our new go-to expert in entrance control especially where automation is involved. With numerous applications – from fire safety in large buildings to patient security in hospitals – our clients will be in the safest of hands with Tim on their side. He’s worked with clients of all sizes and will be supporting our automated entrance control products, with a particular focus on car park barriers, automated gates, and automated turnstiles – both large and small.

Tim is local to the South East and grew up in Storrington, West Sussex. He now lives in Crawley and has built up something of a reputation for his fiery and flavoursome curries!
